About the Course
This class will teach you the amazing capabilities of the camera you always have with you–your iPhone. While you can take the most simple photos with this iPhone/Camera, this class will show and teach you the far more sophisticated features that can take your photos from ordinary to extraordinary!

You’ll learn how to make gallery-worthy images by taking advantage of the iPhone’s advanced capabilities and you will learn about a wide range of third-party apps that can help take your creativity to a whole different level.

· Brief overview of the history of iPhone photography
· Getting familiar with your iPhone camera, photo modes (portrait, live, pano, HDR) and file formats
· Basic composition aids on your iPhone
· Editing possibilities – what you can achieve in the native iPhone app; which 3rd party apps are useful; and a curated group of highly recommended apps
· What is RAW and how to master these large files • Skill assignments - landscapes, panos, portraits, still lifes, macro, abstracts.
