About the Course
In this online workshop, students will learn the basics of color negative film developing. Students will observe the instructor processing film at home, showing how students can set up their home developing space. No previous darkroom experience is necessary. Minimum Age 14.
Your Instructor
Ellie Levesque
Ellie is a motorsport and automotive photographer based in Washington, D.C., primarily shooting on various film formats. She was first introduced to film photography in high school where she fell in love with the darkroom process. She prioritizes film because it makes her slow down and be intentional while capturing chaotic events. Ellie enjoys teaching others how to process their film at home to help them control their creative process.
