Congratulations, Karen Keating
We are very pleased and proud to announce that Photoworks’ Director Karen Keating has been chosen by Center (formerly The Santa Fe Center for Photography) to receive an Excellence in Teaching Award for 2009. The critera and guidelines for the award are a passion for teaching, an ability to excite students to learn, a concern for students as individuals, and an enduring artistic curiosity. The award recognizes Karen’s work at Photoworks and on the faculty of Washington’s Field School. Read about Karen, her teaching philosophy, and the award on the Center website.
